Dear host family, Helo! First of all, I am hoping that you are all doing great day today and safe despite this annoying covid 19. I'm so excited to finally connect and know you better. I will thank you in advance for giving me the opportunities in the future as becoming your Au Pair and experience the European culture. Anyway, My name is Precious but you can call me by my nickname “Shena”, turned 23 years old this year, single, Filipino citizen currently residing in The Philippines and wished to reapply as an aupair. I applied as an au pair before in Norway but unfortunately rejected due that my future host was on quarantine of taking a new aupair.I have a well experience as a child care cause I have been taking my younger cousins during my spare hours since I was in high school, I would like to tell something about my family so you’ll know something about my upbringing: My family is a typical Filipino family. There are my lovely parents, my two very sweet protective older brothers which are all both working here in the philippines as engineer ad office work. I have a good relationship to my family. Sometimes there is a little quarrel but I think this is normal and we try to resolve our problems together. We are a happy God-fearing family. Now it is time to talk about my personality: I am hardworking, creative and teachable young woman. I am always fascinated with people. I used to work as a part time helper in a small business of my mom selling native cakes while I was still a grade school to college student, It was a tough hard work but now I am sure that I can say that it helped me a lot in becoming a very flexible and independent. I am cheerful and sensitive for the children’s needs. Though it is not always easy to take care people but it is a great experience to share some time with them. I have much patience because I learned these skills during those times I got to deal with people around me. I have the strength to set kids to limits if necessary and I try to be consequent. I am polite, creative,out going,funny and humorous. I do not have problems to help in the household. I am not really best in cooking but I’m trying to learn to be a better one though... Another hobby of mine is reading. I read all kind of books and I like to discuss about them. I try my best to learn something new. One of my best characteristics is my high tolerance.I am an athlete since I was in grade school until I finished my university and was running for years and have to endure the no guts no glory and a self discipline thus tolerance is needed nowadays it is very important to be tolerant because there are so many different people we meet everyday from different upbringing, cultures, traditions and adjustment in flexibility is what I am learning in the process. I love traveling,open to new things worth learning, and exploring life . I love travelling and exploring the world ‘cause I know I got more chances to see what’s behind and to learn more about life is worth the experience in each step we took risk. Friends around me are kind-hearted people. It helped me of becoming a dynamic, organized, flexible and easy-going person.
