Hello!
I am from Spain, but during the last course I have been studying psychology in Oslo. I loved it!
I have taken care of children before as a volunteer in a school during the course 2018-2019 and also when my aunt needed some extra help with her kids because she was busy with or just needed some rest and a quiet dinner with my uncle.
The volunteer job consisted on going every friday to the school after class, helping an assigned child with the homework for an hour and then organizing games so all the volunteers and childs could play for two hours. I had to help Angela, she was 10 years old. She hardly never needed help with the homeworks so she just made them and even explained them to me if she felt like. Then the games time was always great, and a good opportunity to learn how to act when there was a conflict between the children, when a child was upset, etc.
My cousins are two girls of 3 and 9 years of age. They are full of energy and so am I, so we were always playing and having fun, taking care of them was usually like going to a begginers beauty and art salon, we three ended up with braided hair, painted nails and with some painting or work of art.
I started studying psychology in 2017, and from the beguinning I knew that when I finish the degree in psychology I will start the master in child psychology. I have taken a few courses about child developement and they were my favourites. I have endless patience with children, many ideas about what to do so they don't get bored, I know how to act when they get upset and I easily connect with them. I am also responsible, kind, caring, social, attentive to the needs of each one. I also have experience as a cleaner in a hostal and know how to cook (specially vegan food, but I have no problem with cooking and eating every kind of food) .
I speak native spanish and very fluent english.
