We are a family of five. My wife and I are in our mid thirties. She is a social worker and I am a teacher at a secondary school. We have three boys. Our oldest turned two in November 2018 and we have two twin boys who were born in July 2016.
We hope there is someone out there who would like to be a part of our family of five for the next year or so. First and foremost we’d like someone to assist in childcare. Taking care of three such young children can be a handful. We will not expect you to take care of all three children on your own. We will either be there ourselves to help you/you help us, or you will have just one or two children to take care of at once. Mornings and evenings are especially busy, so that’s when we need help the most.
We like having a tidy house, but find it quite difficult. We hope that you will assist in the daily keeping of the house. If you choose to come live with us, you will have your own bedroom and a bathroom only used by others when we have visitors.
Mum's work schedual is a bit varied. She works both during daytime and in the evening. That means that our need for help with the kids and in the house will vary a bit, and that when a car is avaiable for you to use will also vary a bit (we have two cars, so often you will be able to use on of them).
To finish off, the most important quality we are looking for in an au pair, is the ability to care for and give love and affection to our children. We look forward to welcoming someone from another country into our family and to learn to know you.
