Hello,
I am a Canadian Master's student in Marine Biology looking to help families with child care while I attend school. I will be staying in Norway until at least 2025.
I have significant experience with children of all ages (newborns - teenagers) and would be happy to meet you in person and provide references. I am hoping to work with a family over a longer period, but please get in touch with your specific situation.
My relevant previous experience includes : night-nanny, babysitting, camp counsellor, kayak instructor for ages 8-12, and environmental educators for ages 8 - 14. My most recent work involved managing complex field projects in marine science. I am looking for something more convenient to work with my student schedule :)
My greatest personal interests include art and most outdoor activities : ski, running, swimming, hiking, camping, cycling. I am happy to encourage and support your child's interests :)
As per my Residence permit, I can work up to 20 hrs/week.
