Hi, my name is Agnese and I am 22 years old. I have a degree in International, Development and Cooperation Sciences from the University of Turin. Since I was little I have been traveling with my family around Europe. At the age of 14 I started to participate in Erasmus project. And later at the age of 17 spent in a year in Germany (as exchange student), where I lived with a host family. I strongly believe that knowing the world and people is the only way to fight racism, hatred and ignorance. I am from Italy, but I feel as a citizen of the world. I love taking care of others (especially cooking for them). I used to cook for my family in Italy, and also for my host family in Germany, and now I always cook for my roommates. Family is very important to me, but I am used to being away from them. As I am an active person I really love children and spending time with them, playing and being outdoors. However I am very responsible.
I started working with children at the age of 14 as an educator at summer camps, while during the winter I worked as an educator in the after-school program. In 2016/17 I worked for one year as an educator in a primary school in Germany. Since 2019 I have been working as a "youth group leader", my job is to take Italian kids on trips abroad. From January to July 2021 I lived in Norway and would love to spend another year there. Living with a family would be a great opportunity to learn the culture of this country. I would like to be more like a "big sister" and help you with everything like a real family. I am open-minded and will help you with all kinds of tasks. I also really like animals.
